The group recently visited the country and performed in four sold-out shows. Scalped tickets went as high as $1,000 a piece and even then, those got sold quickly.

Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik looked like they were enjoying the screaming and adulation from their fans. They readily shook hands with the public and smiled a lot. The boys also spent their first day by jumping off into the Sydney Harbour.

Styles said all of them are friends and the friendship has kept them grounded. He also acknowledged their families for their continuing support.

Some of the appearances they made included Seven Network, and Kyle and Jackie O radio show. When One Direction appeared in Sunrise at the Seven Studios in Martin Place, 10 fans fainted and had to be given medical attention.

Before leaving Australia, the group promised their fans—who call themselves One Directionites—that they would be back for a second Australian tour in 2013. The tour will cover both Australia and New Zealand.

One Direction has gained a massive following in Australia with its debut album Up All Night, which reached the second spot. Their singles One Thing and What Makes You Beautiful also reached the top 10.

One Direction is a British boy band that first appeared in 2010 as contestants in X-Factor, a UK reality talent competition. The group finished third.

Variety Magazine said although no deals have been reached yet, the Australian actress is highly sought by film outfit Pierre-Ange Le Pogam. The film will be directed by director Olivier Dahan and written by Arash Amel.

The film will focus on the life of the actress from December 1961 to November 1962. These were the years when Kelly played an important role in saving Monaco when it got involved in a crisis with France over Monaco’s status as a tax haven.

Grace Kelly was a Hollywood star, starting his career in 1942 at the age of 12. She acted both in the stage and movies. Her acting career produced more than a dozen films. She won the Best Actress trophy from the Oscars Awards for her role in The Country Girl in 1955.

It was also in 1955 when she met Prince Rainier of Monaco when she attended the Cannes Film Festival as part of the US delegation. When she returned to the US, she continued correspondence with the Monaco prince.

The prince subsequently went to the US for an official tour. He proposed to Grace Kelly three days later. They were wed on April 18, 1956.

Kelly died in 1982 when she suffered a stroke while driving a car.

Olivier Dahan is a French director and screenwriter. He directed the movie La Vie en Rose, the first French movie to ever win the Academy Awards.

This is not a simple break-up of a marriage, however. Keating has left his wife for Sydney stylist Penny Hunt. When pressed for a statement, Hunt said she’d prefer not to give any comment. 

Hunt, however, has changed her relationship status on Facebook from ‘single’ to ‘in a relationship.’ She listed a ‘patricia’ as her partner in the social networking site. 

Patrick is the son of Paul Keating, the 24th Prime Minister of the country. Patrick has three other sisters. 

Patrick married his wife Amber in April 2002 at St. Mary’s Cathedral. The wedding created quite a stir because Keating was once touted as one of the most eligible bachelors in Australia. Amber was a model and property agent before meeting Keating. 

The two were also regularly seen in many Sydney social functions. They were last seen publicly together in August 2011. 

Penny Hunt, meanwhile, is a celebrity stylist in Sydney. She is currently a fashion and beauty editor at Mindfood, a lifestyle magazine and website. 

This is not the first time that Keating made the rounds of media. In 2006, Queensland solicitor Robert Herd accused Keating of assaulting him. 

Keating plead guilty to the change but magistrate Terrance Forbes did not enter a conviction. Keating was instead given a one-year good behavior bond. 

Both Amber and Patrick declined to comment on the separation. The couple has two children.

The actor was arrested by Miami Police after trespassing in a property despite being warned against it. He also allegedly tried to resist arrest. Newton posted a bail of $2,000 before he was released. 

Witnesses said Newton yelled at the police, saying they are biased against Australians. A witness said the actor appeared drunk in a Mr. Moe’s Restaurant and Bar. He then began bothering other bar customers. 

Newton’s friends tried to coax the actor into leaving the place but he refused. The police then asked him politely to leave. When he still refused, the police decided to tackle him. 

Chris Murphy confirmed the actor’s arrest through his Twitter account, adding that the actor is being cared for by a health professional. Murphy is Newton’s lawyer. 

Miami police released a mug shot of Newton, which shows a large cut above his right eye. 

This is not the first the 35-year-old actor figured in controversy. Two weeks before, Newton was mandated to go back to Australia to face criminal charges. 

A taxi driver accused the actor for assaulting him last December 2011. Taxi driver Mohsen Khayami said Newton punched him on the left side of his neck and twice in his head. 

A magazine interview with former girlfriend Rachael Taylor also revealed that Newton assaulted her when they were in Rome in 2010. Taylor said the incident was cause of their break-up. 

Newton’s mother Patti declined to comment on her son’s latest scandal.

Although she denies the allegations, the unidentified senior staff member has filed her resignation today. She was tasked by the company to take care of Virgin Atlantic’s Upper Class passengers, which include celebrities. 

Reports showed that the employee leaked information to Big Pictures, a London-based paparazzi company. Flight information of at least eight celebrities was allegedly given to Big Pictures. 

Celebrities, whose flight information were compromised, included actresses Scarlett Johansson, Sienna Miller, Gwyneth Paltrow, and singers Nicole Scherzinger and Robbie Williams. Soccer players Jermaine Defoe, Ashley Cole and Cole’s wife were also affected. 

British newspaper The Guardian was the first to reveal the breach. The newspaper alleged that it has seen email exchanges between the employee and the paparazzi agency. 

A background check also showed that the celebrities’ location exactly matched the details in the emails. The leaked flight details were the trips made by the celebrities in 2010. 

Virgin Atlantic issued a statement saying that it has launched an investigation to probe the allegations. The company says it is taking these allegations seriously. 

The employee has denied the accusations repeatedly. She claimed that her resignation is not because of the controversy. She also claimed that she was a victim of identity theft. 

Paparazzi have always been a sensitive issue in the UK. Many celebrities have called for stricter measures to keep paparazzi staff at bay. It is also widely believed that paparazzi were the cause of the death of Princess Diana.
